Dilek Oktay

Dilek Oktay, is a graduate of Istanbul University English Language Education and is an Import-Export Specialist approved by Ministry of National Education with the certification she received externally.

Between 1999-2023, she continued her career in Türkiye’s leading corporations such as Tekfen Holding-Toros Tarım A.Ş., Petkim Holding-Petkim Petrokimya A.Ş., Ege Holding-Ege Kimya A.Ş. and in medium-sized foreign trade enterprises which are sector leaders in different fields. As of the beginning of 2024, she has started work as a consultant with the knowledge and operational experience she gained from her full-time corporate life as an Import-Export specialist and manager.

Dilek Oktay, whose area of expertise is import, export, foreign purchasing, foreign and local market/product/supplier research, customs clearance operations management, logistics management and foreign trade business development, speaks English at an advanced level.
